Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new oral medication called AUR107 for advanced solid tumors that have come back after other treatments. The main goals are to check the safety of the pill, see how the body processes it, and find the best dose for future studies. It is for adults with specific advanced cancers who have already tried at least two other treatments and have no other effective options available.
