New pill tested for patients out of options against advanced blood cancers

Summary

This is a first-in-human study testing a new oral drug called AUR104 in adults with certain advanced lymphoid cancers that have come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe and tolerable dose by gradually increasing it in small groups of patients. Participants must have already tried at least two prior therapies and have no other curative options available.
