New pill could control severe eczema where creams fail

Summary
This study is testing whether an oral medication called ICP-332 can effectively control moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults. The trial will enroll 552 participants whose eczema hasn't responded well to standard topical treatments. Participants will receive either the active medication or a placebo pill to compare effectiveness and safety.
