First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a custom mouthpiece can improve sleep quality in pregnant women who snore. Snoring during pregnancy is linked to higher risks for complications like high blood pressure and preterm delivery. The device works by opening the airway, and sleep quality is measured at home with a simple sleep monitor. The study involves 20 pregnant women who snore and are less than 32 weeks along.
