Could a simple mouthpiece be the key to better sleep during pregnancy?
NCT ID NCT03646214
Summary
This study is testing whether a custom-fit oral appliance (a mouthpiece) can improve sleep quality for pregnant women who snore. Researchers will measure sleep patterns and snoring in about 20 participants using a home sleep test. The goal is to see if opening the airway with this device leads to better, more stable sleep.
