Summary

This study is testing if a once-daily oral antibiotic called omadacycline works as well as standard antibiotic treatments for bone and joint infections. It involves 180 adults who need 4 to 12 weeks of therapy. The main goal is to see if the simpler, once-daily pill is as effective at clearing the infection two weeks after treatment ends.
