First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study is for people with high-risk blood cancers (like AML or MDS) who need a stem cell transplant from a partially matched donor. The goal is to see if a new combination of two drugs, bendamustine and cyclophosphamide, can reduce serious side effects like graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and a dangerous immune reaction called HLH. About 60 participants will receive this drug regimen after their transplant, and researchers will track survival and complication rates.
