Summary
This study tests whether a computer-guided system (Burn Navigator™) can better manage fluids in adults with burns covering 20% or more of their body compared to the standard Parkland formula. The goal is to give the right amount of fluid to prevent complications like fluid overload or shock. About 62 participants will be monitored for the first 24-72 hours after injury.
