Doctors get feedback to curb risky antibiotic overuse

NCT ID NCT06436690

Summary

This study aims to see if a simple training and feedback program for junior doctors in Nepal can reduce how often they prescribe antibiotics when they aren't needed. The goal is to fight the growing problem of antibiotic-resistant germs. Researchers will track prescription rates for over 3,600 patients before and after doctors receive the training and feedback.
