Summary
This study aims to find the best antibiotic doses for hospitalized patients by using mathematical models. Researchers will analyze data from 60 patients receiving antibiotics to understand how factors like age, weight, and illness severity affect how the body processes these drugs. The goal is to create personalized dosing guidelines to help patients get the right amount of medicine faster.
