This study aims to see if bundling all routine tests and doctor visits into one coordinated hospital trip can save time for people with interstitial lung disease. About 152 adults with the condition will either receive standard care or the new streamlined approach. The goal is to reduce the total time spent traveling and at the hospital, easing the burden on patients and their caregivers.
