Summary

This study looks at 200 women aged 35 and older with low ovarian reserve to find the best time to trigger ovulation during IVF. One group will get the trigger when their follicles are 13-16 mm, the other when follicles are over 17 mm. Researchers will compare how many mature eggs are collected and the resulting pregnancy rates.
