Summary

This study tests different amounts of a long-acting numbing medicine (liposomal bupivacaine) injected near the knee to control pain after surgery. The goal is to find the dose that provides good pain relief without weakening the thigh muscle too much. About 63 adults having knee surgery will take part, and their pain and muscle strength will be measured.
