Summary

This study looked at how much speech therapy children with language impairment need to improve their vocabulary. 59 children were randomly assigned to either one 2-hour session per week or four 30-minute sessions per week for 10 weeks. The goal was to find the best balance of therapy frequency and word exposure to maximize learning without wasting effort.
