Summary

This early-stage study is testing a single injection called BB-301 for adults with oculopharyngeal muscular dystrophy (OPMD) who have trouble swallowing. The drug is injected directly into throat muscles during a surgical procedure. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe, find the best dose, and see if it helps improve swallowing ability.
