Summary
This study aims to create a new training program to help operating room staff work more comfortably and safely. Researchers will observe surgical teams and then develop a simulation-based curriculum to teach better body mechanics and equipment setup. The goal is to reduce the physical pain and injuries that over half of OR staff experience, which can lead to burnout and affect patient care.
