Summary

This study looks at how much fluid doctors should use when cleaning open fractures to help bones and wounds heal better. About 200 adults with open fractures will be split into two groups, each getting a different amount of cleaning fluid. Researchers will track infections and healing over 12 months, mostly during regular checkups, with no extra clinic visits needed.
