Summary
This study aims to find out if using less cleaning fluid during surgery for open fractures works as well as using more fluid. Researchers will compare two different amounts of sterile saline solution used to wash out the wound during surgery. The goal is to see which amount leads to better bone healing and fewer infections without requiring patients to make extra doctor visits.
