Summary

This study tests OpCT-001, a therapy made from special cells that may replace damaged light-sensing cells in the eye. It is for adults with inherited eye diseases like retinitis pigmentosa and Usher syndrome. The goal is to check safety and see if it can improve vision. About 54 people will take part.
