Experimental drug tested for aggressive cancer transformation

NCT ID NCT06936943

Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental drug called ONO-4538 can help control Richter's transformation, an aggressive cancer that develops in some patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The trial will enroll 14 patients who have already tried other treatments without success or cannot tolerate them. Researchers will measure how well the drug shrinks tumors and monitor side effects to determine if it's safe and effective.
