Summary

This study tested whether a six-week online Sahaja Yoga meditation program could help teens aged 12-18 reduce problematic internet use and boost mental well-being. 204 participants were split into a meditation group or a waitlist group. The goal was to see if regular online meditation sessions could improve self-esteem and reduce psychological distress.
