Digital shield against postpartum depression: online program aims to protect new parents

NCT ID NCT07302165

Summary

This study is testing whether an online program can help prevent postpartum depression in expecting parents identified as being at risk. The program combines education and mental exercises, delivered over 4-5 weeks. Researchers will compare the online program to standard care to see if it reduces the number of mothers who develop depression in the first six months after birth.
