New online therapy aims to curb Self-Harm in teens

Summary

This study tests an internet-based therapy called IERITA for teenagers aged 13-17 who have hurt themselves on purpose (nonsuicidal self-injury). The therapy helps teens learn to manage their emotions. The goal is to see if this online approach is practical and helpful, so it can be tested in a larger study. About 100 teens and their parents will take part.
