New online therapy aims to help teens stop Self-Harm

Summary
This study tests an online therapy program for teenagers aged 13 to 17 who have hurt themselves on purpose (nonsuicidal self-injury). The therapy, called IERITA, helps teens learn to manage their emotions. The study will see if the program is practical and helpful, with the goal of reducing self-harm. About 100 teens and their parents will take part.
