Summary
This study is testing an online therapy program to help university students manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. It offers a form of internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to 200 students who reported mild symptoms in a prior survey. The goal is to see if this accessible, online approach can effectively reduce students' distress and improve their mental well-being.
