Can an app ease the student mental health crisis?
NCT ID NCT07246239
Summary
This study is testing whether a free, online self-help therapy program called VIVIM can help university students feel less depressed or anxious. Researchers will compare the program's effectiveness to the usual psychological support offered by university counseling services. About 108 students with moderate symptoms will be randomly assigned to try the online program or receive standard care, and their progress will be tracked over six months.
