Can a website ease new Mothers' depression?

NCT ID NCT07384273

Summary

This study is testing whether an internet-based therapy program called iCARE helps reduce symptoms of postpartum depression better than standard care alone. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness techniques and can be accessed from home. Researchers will enroll 352 mothers who gave birth within the past 6 months and have symptoms of depression to compare the two approaches.
