NCT ID NCT07476599
Summary
This study is testing two different online self-help programs designed to improve mental health for people living with obesity. It will compare a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program and a Brief Strategic Therapy (BST) program against a waitlist group. The goal is to see if these 6-week, internet-based programs can effectively reduce stress, anxiety, and other psychological challenges related to obesity and if the benefits last over a year.
