NCT ID NCT05656430

Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week online therapy program could help adults in Sweden who were still experiencing depression and anxiety related to the COVID-19 pandemic, even after society reopened. The program involved weekly therapist support and was compared to a waiting list. The goal was to see if this accessible online treatment could ease these specific, lingering psychological symptoms.
