Summary
This study is testing a new online therapy program designed to help adults who suffer from chronic headaches after a concussion. Up to 100 participants, including military service members and civilians, will use a self-guided app for 12 weeks to see if it reduces headache impact and improves quality of life. The goal is to gather data to plan a larger future trial of this accessible digital treatment.
