Summary

This study tested an internet-based therapy program for adults still struggling with anxiety or depression related to the COVID-19 pandemic, even after society reopened. 24 participants in Sweden completed eight online modules with therapist support over eight weeks. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce symptoms compared to a waiting list.
