Can online therapy help people cope with stress?

NCT ID NCT05464121

Summary

This study tested whether a new blended therapy program is practical and helpful for people with adjustment disorder, a common stress-related condition. The program combined a self-guided online course with video sessions with a therapist. Researchers worked with 41 adults to see if people would use and like this format and to check for early signs that it might reduce symptoms.
