Summary

This study tests an online program called STEP for couples who are distressed by having different levels of sexual desire. About 216 couples will be randomly assigned to a therapist-guided version, a self-guided version, or a waitlist. The goal is to see if the program reduces distress and improves satisfaction, and whether professional guidance makes a difference.
