New online course aims to boost Nurse-Patient teamwork in chronic care

Summary
This study is testing an online educational program that teaches nurses and people with chronic diseases how to make medical decisions together. About 288 participants (nurses and patients) will take part. The goal is to see if the program improves how well they work as a team and how prepared patients feel to make health choices.
