Summary
This study is testing an online educational program designed to improve how nurses and patients with chronic diseases make health decisions together. About 288 nurses and adults with chronic conditions will take part. The program lasts 4 weeks, and researchers will check if it helps improve decision-making skills and experiences right after and one month later.
