Summary
This study tests a self-guided online program called Radical Acceptance for adults with social anxiety disorder. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to either the Radical Acceptance program or a relaxation skills program. Over two weeks, they will complete short home sessions and surveys to see if the program reduces anxiety and avoidance in social situations.
