Virtual hope for women suffering in silence: online program aims to ease chronic pain
NCT ID NCT06999395
Summary
This study is testing whether a 3-month online self-paced program can help reduce pain and improve sexual wellbeing for adult women with chronic genital pain (provoked vestibulodynia). Researchers will compare 250 participants who start the program right away to those who wait, measuring pain levels, sexual function, and quality of life. The program teaches pain science, pelvic exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help manage symptoms.
