First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 3-month online program can help adult women with provoked vestibulodynia (chronic pain at the vaginal opening) feel less pain and improve their sexual wellbeing. Participants will learn about pain science, do pelvic exercises, and practice mindfulness. Researchers will compare those who start the program right away to those who wait, measuring pain, sexual function, and satisfaction.
