Summary
This study tested an online program designed to help parents build on their own and their child's positive qualities, like kindness and curiosity. 400 parents of young children used the interactive website and reported on their feelings of confidence, happiness, and positive emotions before and after. The goal was to see if this easy-to-access online resource could improve family well-being.
