NCT ID NCT07410572
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested an 8-week online mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program in 94 adults with fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain, fatigue, and sleep problems. Participants were randomly assigned to the online MBSR group or a waitlist that continued usual care. The goal was to see if the program could reduce pain, improve daily function, and lower pain-related distress. Results may support online mindfulness as a helpful, accessible add-on treatment for fibromyalgia.
