Summary
This study tested an 8-week online mindfulness program for 94 adults with fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. Participants were split into two groups: one took the online mindfulness course, while the other continued their usual care. The goal was to see if mindfulness could reduce pain, improve daily function, and help people cope better with their symptoms.
