Summary
This study is testing whether an online education program can help people with kneecap pain while they wait for physiotherapy appointments. Forty adults aged 18-44 will either receive access to online modules about pain management and exercises or continue waiting as usual. The main goal is to see if this online approach is practical and acceptable before planning a larger trial.
