One-Hour online session aims to boost body confidence for new mothers
NCT ID NCT07422571
Summary
This study is testing a brief, one-time online program designed to help new mothers who are unhappy with their postpartum bodies. Researchers want to see if this program, which teaches skills for accepting body changes, works better than a simple educational handout or no intervention at all. The study is enrolling 375 women in the U.S. who have had a baby in the last year and feel dissatisfied with their appearance.
