Summary
This study aims to find the best combination of support to help low-income families in New York City buy more fruits, vegetables, and legumes when shopping for groceries online. 360 families will test different mixes of weekly text messages, small financial incentives, and pre-made shopping lists over 12 weeks. The goal is to reduce food insecurity and encourage healthier eating habits that could prevent future heart disease.
