Summary
This study tested whether personalized online feedback can encourage young adults in Spain who gamble or trade to consider changing their behavior and seek help. Over 1,100 participants were split into groups that either received feedback or did not, and their intentions and actions were tracked after 12 weeks. The goal was to see if a simple online message could motivate healthier choices.
