First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether personalized online feedback can motivate young adults (ages 18-35) with gambling or trading problems to change their behavior and seek help. Over 1,100 participants in Spain were split into groups: some received feedback, others did not. Researchers then measured their intention to change and actual help-seeking after 12 weeks.
