Can a simple online message help curb gambling and risky trading?
NCT ID NCT06681103
Summary
This study tested whether sending personalized online feedback about gambling or trading habits could motivate young adults in Spain to seek help and change their behavior. Researchers compared over 1,100 participants who either received the feedback or did not, measuring their intention to change and whether they looked for help over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this simple, online approach could be a first step in controlling problematic behaviors.
