Can a virtual coach ease your knee pain after surgery?
NCT ID NCT06096727
Summary
This study tested whether an online physical activity program could help adults who have had a knee replacement. Fifty participants were assigned to either start the program right away or after a 3-month wait. The goal was to see if the program, which included weekly goals and video lessons, could increase activity, reduce pain, and improve physical function over 6 months.
