Summary
This study is testing if two different types of home exercise programs can help people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a serious lung scarring disease. Researchers will compare a program with live video sessions with a therapist to one using pre-recorded exercise videos. The goal is to see which approach better improves patients' ability to exercise, reduces shortness of breath, and enhances their quality of life.
