Summary
This study looks at whether online education is a practical option for people with patellofemoral pain (knee pain) who are waiting for physiotherapy. Researchers will recruit 40 adults aged 18-44 to see if they find the online program helpful and easy to use. The goal is to gather information for a larger future study.
