Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week online Mediterranean diet program could reduce liver fat in people with Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD). 78 adults were randomly assigned to either the diet program or standard care. The goal was to see if the diet could improve liver health and related measures like blood sugar and cholesterol.
