Summary

This study tests whether an internet-based cognitive-behaviour therapy program, guided by a therapist, can help children and teenagers with body dysmorphic disorder (BDD). The goal is to reduce symptoms like obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors related to appearance. The trial involves 154 participants and will also look at cost-effectiveness and whether improvements last for 6 months.
